Wedding No Go?

If he is planning to marry Nicole Richie on October 13th, then Joel Madden better tell his fans in Australia.
This weekend, a new report claimed that the couple have begun planning their wedding and that it would take place in two weeks in Laguna Beach, California.
Unfortunately, Joel's band, Good Charlotte, is supposed to be touring all the way across the world in Australia then, and there'd be a lot of disgruntled people who've already paid for tickets that would be disappointed if their shows were cancelled.
Good Charlotte is scheduled to play October 9th in Brisbane, October 11th and 12th in Sydney, October 13th (the purported wedding day) in Melbourne and October 15th in Adelaide.
They're playing at arenas, so that's a lot of people at each gig.

i really doubt that they will be getting married in oct. they have just announced a new show for indyfest on the gold coast in queensland on oct 20th. why would they announce a new show if they were going to cancel….unless…just a thought, maybe they are getting married in australia - we have some of the most awesome beaches in the world here
I'm from Australia and i've had tickets for months. I sure hope that won't be the case but can't see him cancelling on us fans. He was just in OK! mag saying they wont marry til after the baby. But I will understand if the show gets cancelled.

Dumbass, when its the 13th in australia, at NIGHT time (concert time), it will be the 13th in USA, in the MORNING! so, even if he finished the concert, say at midnight, it would be about midday in USA, and flying there takes about 15hours Minimum, so he'd get there on the 14th Oct… NO WEDDING!!

I really hope that these rumours are not true because I live in Brisbane, Australia and I have had a ticket to see Good Charlotte since they went on sale almost three months ago. I missed them last time they came to Oz and I have been so excited to see them. If they cancel I am going to be really disappointed.
