Britney Spears paid a visit to the Department of Motor Vehicles office in Van Nuys, California on Monday afternoon.

Brit applied for a license and took a written test.

Spears has been driving without a valid license in California for YEARS!

I love how if she's been driving without a CA license for so long they wait until now to do something about it. Someone had to have figured it out a long time ago, seeing as how she's been in the public eye for almost a decade, but now that she's struggling they decide to make a huge deal out of it. She got knocked up I bet before she was married to KFed cause it seems like she had that baby pretty fast after marrying KFed, and she got knocked up again right after that. You know this sent her into her deep depression, and the divorce, etc. Its way to much to take. KFed is a worthless dad, and Britney's kids would be better in her mother Lynns care. KFed hasn't been a good dad to his other kids, so why would he know? He just wants money.
