Spotted: Paris Hilton sporting a black wig and sucking on lollipops in the VIP area at the James Blunt show in Toronto on Monday night, sources tell PerezHilton.com. Hilton is in Canada filming a movie. She and Blunt were rumored to be hooking up this summer.
