American Idol alum Clay Aiken, who reportedly likes to engage in anonymous bareback gay sex with fisting, made a rare public appearance at the launch party for presidential daughter Jenna Bush's new book, Ana's Story: A Journey of Hope, Monday night  at UNICEF House in New York City.
