In today's Women's Wear Daily, model Irena Lazareanu was quoted backstage at the shows in Paris - "sporting an engagement ring given to her by Pete Doherty saying 'I very recently got engaged'".

Kate Moss recently got engaged herself, to new rocker boyfriend Jamie Hince.

      I met Jamie Hince a few times when he was in indie rock band Scarfo ten years ago and he's a really nice guy, but it's unlikely the relationship with Kate will last. As for Pete, he's not that stupid as he's made out to be, just messed up with all the substance abuse.
