Kevin Federline showed up to court in LA on Wednesday with his lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, to discuss the baby custody, but Britney was nowhere to be seen.

Though she was not required to attend, her absence looks bad!

Maybe she's in rehab???

Re: SAL – Duh! It looks really bad if you don't care enough to show up to a custody hearing of any kind. Just b/c she didn't have to be there doesn't mean that should shouldn't be there. If she had a brain rattling around in that over-sized noggin of hers she would realize that. As a mother, I would walk barefoot through fire and broken glass to camp out on the steps of the courthouse all night if my kid were taken away from me. That's what a caring, responsible parent does. They do anything and everything for the well-being of their child. Maybe one day when you are all grown up (after you finish the 8th grade b/c I am sure that you are about 12 and cannot comprehend any of this) and have children of your own you will understand the huge amount of love, sacrifice and responsibility it takes to be a mother. Something that immature Britney does not get. I find her reprehensible and am offended by her lack of concern for her kids. She is a meth addict who should be in jail.

Kevin deserves custody of the children. How terrible of brit to give the children to him on Monday. she could have had them till Wednesday. Judge gave her ample time to pack the children's belongings–their toys, diaper bags, bottles, toys etc. to give Kevin the children on Wednesday and she could have spent some beautiful time with them. How totally cruel and devestating to the children for brit to readily turn them over to Kevin. I'm sure Kevin was just as SHOCKED to say the least.
