Guaranteed secondary education? This is a meritocracy where you have to earn going to college its not just handed over to you. This is America people, larger government is not the answer to all of life's problems. France is BANKRUPT because of its population that is dependent on the government. By 2025 more than 60% of their budget will go to paying for universal healthcare. Seems like a great alternative
