Wednesday night, hours after a judge told her she still had no custody of her kids, Spears was seen entering the car of a paparazzo with her shady "friend" Sam Lufti and driving off.

LET ME TELL YOU— I have personally been involved in a bitter custody case myself. Firstly—- I made sure that I was there for EVERYTHING! I didn't miss a meeting, a court liaison visit, not a thing! In the end…. I won due to the fact my ex was deemed a complete moron and liar.

Simply this— when you children, everything changes and you must change with it. Children need to be shown love and safety! Children need a place they can feel safe and secure and that includes with the people they are around. SOOOOOOOOOO

i, too, was involved in a nasty custody battle. my ex got involved in drugs and went totally off the deep end. i divorced his ass and got 100% custody of my kids. funny thing is, though, MY attorney actually advised me NOT to go to some of the hearings. Of Course, i went anyway, but i wonder if her attorney advised her NOT to go?

However, if you were told you didn't have to attend then the meeting probably didn't involve your moral standing as much as your ex. In Brits case.. she has shown incredible odd and erratic behavior.
