I don't even see what the big deal is about Rita Cosby's book. There's no great mystery surrounding Anna Nicole's death. Anna Nicole did a shit load of drugs and when you do that kind of damage to your body, it gives out on you. And even if Stern is gay, that doesn't make him responsible for Anna's death.
