Her first pregnany was that whole "appendix removal" hospital trip, which was widely rumored to actually be an abortion. She was seen out partying a few hours after she left the hospital- it would have been IMPOSSIBLE for her to have just had her appendix remove. Therefore she was either in for an abortion, a drug OD (which if she was out clubbing right after being released was probably not the reason, but with her you never know) or a breast implant removal.
