Though she cancelled all media appearances for her book, O'Donnell has said that she would love for Barbara Walters to interview her on it. But in the Ask Ro section of her website, Ro says that Babs doesn't wanna do it.

To be honest, I would not buy her book or even want to read it. From the excerpts that I've already read in the news, it sounds to me like it is chock full of things that she should only have told to her therapist. She really sounds like she could do with some extensive therapy (not trying to be mean). It seems self destructive for her to be publicly divulging this sort of information about herself. It somewhat reminds me of that photo spread that Jamie Lee Curtis did a few years ago where she insisted on being seen "as she really was". Nobody's perfect but some of us rather prefer the illusion that some others are.

I think that they are all overpaid for what they do and it is nice to see that some realise it and give to charities. She's not making money off of this book.
