      LOS ANGELES - A judged cleared the way Wednesday for a celebrity blogger to be questioned about his report claiming Lindsay Lohan’s friend planted cocaine found in the actress’s car after a crash.
      Samantha Ronson has sued Perez Hilton for defamation after he repeated a report that first appeared on the Web site CelebrityBabylon.com.
      “I am not now and have never been a drug user,” Ronson stated in a supplemental declaration filed with the court on Monday. “I have never handled or touched cocaine. I did not ever place any cocaine at any place at any time.”
      According to the lawsuit, both postings defamed Ronson by stating she planted drugs that were found in Lohan’s car after it crashed into a tree in Beverly Hills on May 26, and that she set up her friend to be photographed while under the influence of alcohol.
      Superior Court Judge Elihu M. Berle said Ronson’s attorneys can take a four-hour deposition from Hilton,

      I will never forget that hospital staff and patients heard Anna screaming at Howard "YOU DID THIS" at the Hospital where Daniel was killed.

      Then Howard waited 40 minutes to summon Hospital staff. 40 minutes had passed since Anna screamed those telling words. No one else was in the room except Howard and dead Daniel.

      Daniel was killed because he was onto Howard and his svengali hold over his mother. Howard concocted a world of just Anna, Hannah (Dannielynn) and Howard together without Daniel or Larry Sue interferring. Howard Killed Anna to keep her from testifying against him at the inquest.       You know….I watched the tape and it was moving for me because Howard seemed sincere about Anna. I could see it in his eyes when he talked about her. He actually cared about this woman and at one point, did love her , whether she strayed or he strayed with other people or not. Yeah sure, Larry may be Danielynn's dad but what does he know about Anna? Larry's just a third party. I'm certain the two men had nothing to do with Anna's death. It's atrocious.
      You don't believe me? Watch the show again and scrutinize Howard real good. His watery, bloodshot eyes, his stoned expression…and at few instances he swallowed a lump in his throat. Florida let the murderer walk but CA, the Bahamas, FBI, and DEA are still investigating. Uneducated Larry Birkhead has fallen under the control of Howard K. Stern now also. I was happy he got custody until he got so close to Howard IMMEDIATELY after he found out he was the biological father of Danielynn. He is pimping out Danielynn just like Howard did Anna.       Re: Jo – JO, Entertainment Tonight made Howard for interviews after Anna's death. ET is the first phone call he made. They flew Howard and a camera crew home to the Bahamas, filmed show on the plane, at Anna's home, and had exclusive rights to the funeral. Howard has made millions on Anna's death. JO, he is not controlling uneducated Larry Birkhead and I am sure getting paid by Anna's estate to STILL manage the Marshall estate suit as he and Larry went to court in CA and agreed on that. He moved Larry and Danielynn in Anna's house in CA which happens to have Howard's name on the deed also. Sincere my ass.
