When filling out applications from county jobs the choices are as follows: Hispanic (white), Hispanic (Black), African American or Black (and the distinction in that one because Blacks, who are not American, nor African; would choose *other), then White (not Hispanic), Asians, and Other (this category is for the Tiger Woods & Mariah Careys out there)..but yeah, my point is that Hispanics can be white, but not WASPs.

People like YOU get on my nerves. You obviously have no idea what it's like to learn a new language. It takes long enough to be able to become fluent (I should know. I moved to the United States a few years ago). It's not like you can make your accent go away as easy as turning off a light switch.

And by the way, in case you live under a rock, Salma Hayek produced Frida and Ugly Betty. If all she had going for her were her looks and accent, her productions wouldn't have been as successful as they are. I remember when I was growing up and Salma was the leading role in Mexican soap operas. She's come a looooooooong way.

About Penélope Cruz, if you were lucky/blessed enough to understand Spanish, you'd be able to see how talented she is. She's been on plenty of amazing movies that you probably will never watch because all you have going for you is that you live in a country that lets you run your mouth w/o doing any research first.
