Britney' lawyers are arguing that the recovering drug addict's mother, Lynne, should be allowed to be the court-appointed monitor and that Tater Tot and Small Fry should stay with Spears at her house for overnight visits, so long as Granny is also there.

Who knows how long it will be before Brit kicks Mom to the curb like before? Also I thought Britney said a few months ago that her Mom was under the influence of drugs & she didn't want her around the kids? A monitor is supposed to be unbiased so they can report back to the court their observations of whether the parent is fit or not. Family members shouldn't be visitation monitors.

YES! Britney should be allowed to have overnight visitation with her children with a court appointed monitor, not just her mother present. I'm not defending her neglectful parenting, but I am defending her right to try to clean up a little, and maybe the court thinks that a safe visitation with court monitoring will give her incentive to keep trying.
On a side note - Perez, you are a sory excuse for a media professional. I hope Britney's record label sues your ass. You are nothing more than a tacky gossip. I only read this site because of the story on Yahoo! News about Jive Records seeking compensation. You should quit now and go work for the National Enquirer. She's there fucking mother. How is she supposed to earn that. Without her they'd be nonexistent.
No parent should be denied the right to see their children unless they are in danger. Britney would never hurt her children and I think one night a week is fine for now. I do agree that she needs to get help and fix some things in her life befor ehaving her sons back full time but she should at least have one night a week alone and if her mom is there all the better.
I think that Perez needs to learn correct grammar. He's getting sloppy.
