Anna Nicole Smith's estranged mother, Virgie Arthur, has filed a lawsuit against Howard K. Stern.
She calls him a "manipulative, deceitful, and dangerous person."
Oddly enough, Virgie is suing Howard over statements Anna Nicole made about her on Entertainment Tonight.
Shit, why not just sue Anna's estate????
The best part of the suit is when Arthur claims that she knew Howard was not Dannielynn's father "because of the type of person Stern is."

She had enough money to file a frivolous law suit yet she boght plastic flowers for her grandson's grave site? This woman has no morals or ethics and the fact that shwe was once a police officer is now concerning me. She must have ben one corrupt and rogue police and she must have been really good at t thats why she never got caught.
I know she will lose her case, Instead of appreciating the fact that Howard loved her daughter so much and unconditionally she is suing him. She said so many negative things about Anna and Howard after Daniel passed away and this fatso showed no emotions that her gransdson had just passed away, she could have force herseld to be with Anna and maybe she would have accepted her, Anna had just lost her child days after giving birth. Even trying that would have shown that she cared but nope this greedy bitch is so low that she now trying to cash in by her daughter's death.
Has anyone noticed how much more polished Virgie is now? She had her hair colored properly and styled much nicer. Someone must have told her she would be more credible if she didn't look like such white trash.
Re: cake – You are right, I will never forget that look on her face as she put dirt and so much of it on her daughter's grave and than she walked over it. She was so jealous of her daughter because of her beauty and when she married a rich man who left everything to Anna. I don't believe for a minute that Howard was keeping Anna drugged and I could tell he was so much in love with her. Also Anna was a person that got what SHE wanted and people catered to her including Howard.
Daniel would be alive today if his granny kept him. Virgie should get the baby, she's in danger with Larry and Howard. I think they conspired to kill Danny AND Anna. Why are those two walking around free?

Anna did what Anna wanted. Ask yourself this question: Where was Billy Smith all of those years that Danny was groing up? Anna meshed with substances long before anyone else came onto the scene. Did they try to stop it? Did they enable her? Maybe, maybe not. She would've gotten them from someone/where else. One thing is for sure. She will be missed and never forgotten by those who knew and loved her!

This is a classic example of whats wrong with our legal system–she is ALLOWED to sue Howard Stern for WHAT HER DAUGHTER SAID about her?? WTF?? Her daughter loathed her, and she's pissed about it and wants to get her puffy hooves on some of whatever money Anna left. Frankly, I don't think it's much.
For someone who says she has no money, I'd like to know how she pays for all the fancy lawyers, trips, and bodyguards to boot !!! This woman is a real piece of trash.

Re: Oprah – She is RETIRED from the her law enforcement years. Owns a HOME, not a trailer and is free to go to any damn party or opening with her RICH attorney as she wishes. She begged Anna on national television, as Howard would not let Anna talk to her mom, to come home (TX) after Daniel died as Vergie was afraid for Anna life. She said, "watch out baby girl, you could be next". 5 months later Anna was dead. Anna made horrible statement about Vergie on TV and it was obvious she was drugged at the time. WAKE up bloggers, Howard had the most contact with Anna. The drugs that killed Anna were prescribed in Howard's name. Who is the evil one??
This lady needs to shut her face and go hide in her trailer in texas. She doesnt deserve a picture on the internet. she talkes about people only wanting money. Well she is the same and has no room to talk.

Well if you know her then you would know after Anna tried to make contact with her mother after daniels passing, Virgie instead of contacting her back or flying to the bahama's to comfort her daugher, sat her behind on every show that would allow her and say either Howard or Anna killed daniel. Now what kind of right minded parent would do such a thing? And then, you would also know that Anna had a drug problem even before Howard came into the picture. I just love it how Virgie tries to accuse Anna of killing daniel, but then says be carefull. Anna had a sick family, and you see their sickness more and more each day.
