Orlando Bloom was involved in a nasty crash with the car of a PerezHilton.com reader earlier this morning!
She snapped this picture and wrote in to tell us what happened:

The real news outlets are reporting that Orlando was NOT drunk. The police have said that he was not intoxicated and there will be no investigation. Perez, I thought you only posted stuff that was true.

A 30-year-old female passenger who was in the front seat suffered a cut on her neck while the 35-year-old backseat passenger suffered a neck fracture, police said.
There was minor damage to Bloom's car and the parked cars.

This is my first time entering a comment in a field like this. My main purpose is to address the ladies that found fault with a Porsche parked outside of an apartment. Myself, being an expats wife and very aware of the price of a city center dwelling. I would ask them to reflect on the price of such which starts at 5,000. USD per month and of course continues contingent on luxury and location. A living space in the city is most definately never going to be a farm in the country. The space is limited and the space that does exist is rarely for sale. Please learn to live outside of the simple life that you lead and know that some spend more on a months housing allowance than you will make in your lifetime. I know that I seem cruel, but it is a shame that US breeds such small minded people.

They also report that one passenger suffered MINOR injuries, and Bloom, himself, filed a police report. Get your facts straight before you print bullshit.
Looking at that photo, even though it's not very clear, the only injuries a girl in the passenger seat could have would be major whiplash. Unless she wasn't wearing a seatbelt, then she might have gone through the window. It doesn't looked crunched up far enough to cause serious leg damage.

If people actually got thier facts straight……..Orlando was in an accident because of PAPARAZZI. The paps were swarming RIGHT when he crashed. Big coincidence huh? The girl that was injured was his stylist and good friend, Cher. She has a fractured neck and a laceration to the head. All of the witnesses claim the paps did it, forcing him out of the lane and into the parked car. The police confirmed he was not AT ALL drunk or intoxicated. He borrowed his car from some staff member from the PIRATES franchise.

I have seen all the articles and videos about the night. There are mainly two accusations, that he was drunk and that he tried to "hit and run". But in my opinion, none of them can be right. First of all, if he was even a little bit drunk wouldn't the police check him right away? That's their job, right? I don't think Orli behaved weirdly at all. He was just a happy boy have a night out and having fun. Can't he be in a good mood ever? When he was in the car of that other man talking, he was obviously try to make straight some misunderstandings. I mean there's nothing wrong if he came on to some girl who he thinks is single and hot. But when that turned out not the case, he straightened things up. That's a good boy, a good man.

When he walked away from the accident scene, there can be different reasons why he did that, but not the one that he tried to run away. I mean his friends were still in the car and they didn't pass out or something. If he just walked away, don't you think that they would react to that? They were obviously surprised when he came back, therefore it was like a plan that they agreed that Orli should leave the scene as quick as possible. Just look at all those cameras on him. I believe that they already called for help and decided that when the two friends were waiting for the help to come, Orli should leave the scene. That is totally reasonable!!! I admit that paparazzis do provide a channel for us to see and hear what Orli is up to, but I just hate it when they try to twist everything just to make so called breaking news.

But he was not intoxicated, and NO charges were laid.
Honestly, try putting a little bit of truth into your stories. This accident is no joke- the paparazzi are crazy and they really hurt people. The two female passengers in his car were hurt- one had a gash on her neck, while the other had a a large cut on her head, as well as a fractured neck.
So instead of making up lies, try to get the facts straight, and concentrate on the terrible parts of this story- paparazzi need to stop!

She suffered a head wound and a neck fracture. The thing I don't get is how Orlando was walking away from the accident leaving those 2 women in the car…he was going to continue walking until a paparazzi photog told him he needed to "deal with it" and if he continued walking, he would get in serious trouble because it would be a hit and run.
