Divorce talks between Heather "Golddigger" Mills and Sir Paul McCartney have reached a stand-still.

The acrimonious pair are now set for a bitter court battle beginning in February.

Despite being offered tens of millions of dollars, Mills was reportedly reluctant to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Oh Paul, why didn't you make her sign that damn pre-nup???

There's no fool like an old fool.. Really old wealthy men who marry really young and not wealthy women should never be surprised when the women try to take them for millions. Do they really think the young women (I'm resisting saying beautiful, because oddly enough, Heather is not that beautiful??) find them attractive and sexy physically?? I want to take everyone down a small memory trip with me. It's 1973 and I am eleven years old. I am tall and skinny and very shy and live in iceberg Minneapolis, MN. We never went anywhere more serious after that dance, alas, but don't think it didn't make me love Paul McCartney as I got older and appreciated his music more and more. When I saw him in Anaheim a few years ago and he played that song, I cried. I hope he finds a better love than horrible Heather. Thanks, Paul! I love you! Hope it's all going great, Chris Luce!

I've never been a fan of McCartney and I'm all for women taking as much money as they can from their divorce IF it was an abusive relationship, their are kids involved, and the number of years married should be factored in as well. Basically it depends on the individual circumstance so there are women out there who deserve a ton of money and others who don't deserve a dime. Heather Mills falls in the latter category.
