It's A Miracle!

John Mayer surprised concertgoers at the Mercury Lounge in NYC on Saturday night, taking to the stage unannounced.

Fugs tried out some new material, which one person in attendance tells us "sounds great." Plus, our spywitness ads, "One song is an obvious slap to the Jessica Simpsons of the world!"

And, miraculously, he managed to keep his "O" face in check.

He should be acoustic more often!

*I don't know what's up with all the John Mayer haters. He can be a cocky mf'r , but his music is fun. I've been to 4 JM shows, and say what you will about him personally, but he puts his all into his shows. If that isn't the sign of a true musician, I don't know what is.

Plus, Jess Simpson is obviously just looking for someone to relieve her from making decisions for herself. Notice how she turned brunette at the beginning of their relationship, now look at John's ex's : JLH, Vanessa Carlton, now Minka Kelly…… I love Jess, but girl wants someone like her daddy to be obsessed with her boobs & tell her what to do.

BTW, Happy Birtday to John! What a sexy bitch!*
