      It will not be released because she is not actually going to go to jail. It is only relased when a person is wanted or headed to prison right away. This is about a fender bender in a parking lot back in Aug but the woman decided to file a report to the police this month.       there is no mug shot, it is a minor offense, not worthy of taking a photo, Britney didn't even get fingerprinted, she just filed some paperwork, where did everyone get the idea she was going to be? booking process doesn't always include those things. people watch to many crime shows I guess. If I were that woman, I wouldn't have even filed a police report, she could have contacted Britney's lawyer. this is cost us taxpayers too.
