Not only did they meet in rehab and are recovering addicts, but they both also have a criminal background too!
Giles has been arrested on a few occasions, it's been reported.
He's been booked on suspicion of DUI (twice) as well as suspicion of obtaining a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery or subterfuge.
Lindsay's parents must be so proud. She sure knows how to pick 'em!

I always thought that when you're in a 12 step program of any kind they recommend that you don't start any kind of relationships until you're sober for at least a year. I really don't think while on the road to recovery you should begin dating someone who's battling the same demons you are! Lindsay once again is showing her dependency……good luck girl.
