Penn is probably being 1/2 facetious here (or not!), but I agree with him in principle. Today's paps have NO class, integrity, ethics, boundaries or respect for another's personal space. They'll end up legislating themselves right out of their own jobs here if they don't physically control themselves, and that will be just desserts.
