Avril Lavigne stunk up the red carpet at the MTV Latin America Video Music Awards in Mexico City on Thursday night.

The dress is totally blah.

And it looks like she did her hair herself.

lol you guys are so brutal in the picture caption on this one.. first of all i think she looks cute. baby doll cute is what she was goin for im sure. I agree that this may not be the best outfit for the occasion but she decided to go comfortable and stay in her own fashion boundaries. u know that avril always has her hair like that. on every talk show and most every concert. i may be wrong but im pretty sure that i have seen her in that hair-do, with the exception of the pink ,all the time. anyhow and she is just really baby doll cute anyways so i think she pulls it off fine.
