Though it's been falsely reported elsewhere, Britney Spears has not reached an agreement with the woman whose car the frequent and habitual drug user was involved in a hit and run with.

And there won't be any settlement reached soon either. Britney's lawyer, J. Michael Flanagan, is going on vacation next week.

The Luxor headlining illusionist was recorded having quite the verbal altercation with Joe Monti, one of his magic producers on Wednesday, during which Angel is heard threatening to knock him out - and now he's had a police report filed against him!
