The actress has already gained a staggering 70 lbs!

Anybody out there ever eat that wonderful Italian dish Osco Boco? Well, that creamy, delish stuff ouzing out of the bones that you suck on, is none other than marrow. What sounds gross to some is actually coveted almost universally.
Mila is reported to be having a healthy pregnancy and that's what counts, not all this ridiculous commentary like, "Ohhh, she'll never lose the weight; she'll have stretch marks." If she gained something like 14 pounds, we'd all be worried for her baby and saying that she is putting her baby at risk. Let her enjoy her pregnanncy!

Leave her alone she is pregnant and doesn't want to have to worry about being bone thin for once in her life. I gained 70 pounds with all 3 of my kids and lost every pound. She'll lose it just like everyone else in Hollywood does. She has a little freedom to eat what she wants. The bone marrow thing is a freaking joke people get over it you bunch of losers.

When preagnant, you're not eating for two! You have only a few more extra pounds to "feed."
