I wouldn't want to be out in NY late w/bare feet! It isn't in the 80s!!! I hate it when parents keep themselves comfortable temperature-wise, but don't do the same things for their kids. I'd like to hit moms wearing mittens pushing a stroller while the baby slurps on it's cold bare hands in freezing temps.
