Unfitney Regains Visitation Of Her Kids

Britney Spears is free to be a bad mother again!
The law breaker, who had all visitation privileges stripped after continually disregarding a judge's orders, has regained visitation privileges with her sons.
Unfitney was seen driving around the Studio City section of Los Angeles on Saturday with her kids and what was presumed to be the court appointed monitor.
Hopefully she's finally given the mandated drug testing people a valid contact number.
Hopefully they will be testing her every day.
We were under the impression that Spears would be without any visitation until October 26th, when she and Kevin Federline are both ordered to be back in court.

Honestly…i don't know what's worse..the fact that they keep letting her spend time with them when she's obviously an AWFUL influence orrrrr the fact that they get to see her then don't for a week or so and then see her again….talk about instability. Hell yeah she has had way too many breaks. First of all, who gets their visitation reinstated on the fucking weekends? Who gets to tell off the judge and get their damn kids back? She gets break after break after break after break. Why is the system enabling her? She is a habitual drug user - according to the judge himself - and yet, despite not getting treatment or stepping up to do her court mandated drug tests, she gets her damn kids for visitation. Who else could defy the court at just about every term and still get what they want? It is fucking ridiculous.

She should have two hours per week supervised visitation per week, if that. She acts like she doesn't want to see them more than that, and then the boys wouldn't have to ride in the back of her car all day and be accosted by the paps.
It takes an extremely abusive parent, with documented incidents, for the court to step in and take the children away. Judges are extremely careful about taking a parent away from a child if no specific, severe harm has been imparted to that child.
There are laws regarding ostricization of parents/children and they are there for a reason. Children deserve to see their parents and if she is not perfect right now, she has to bond with them. The only way to develop a relationship with them is by spending time with them. I understand what you are saying Perez; but please admit that you do not have children (right?) and none of us IS BRITNEY HERSELF.
We cannot say what it is like to walk a step in her shoes, and those boys need a mother who is better than Britney is right now, but the only way that can happen is through her spending time WITH THEM fostering that relationship.
The legal term "PARENTAL ALIENATION" carries a high cost… Legally, physically and emotionally. The court may be saving those boys in the long run by forcing her to be the mother she should be… Not removing her right to try.
