He definitely had a cosmetic dentist remove the gap between his two front teeth. And, by the look of things, it seems like he's had his nose done too!

Doesn't really look like it to me - It looks very similar and any (minor) difference looks like a combination of camera angle and him having lost a little weight which accentuated his facial features.
