Just days after getting her pucker plumped, Britney Spears was out and about in LA on Sunday.
The mother of two, who just regained visitation with her kids, was spotted on a coffee run at Starbucks.
But, the artificially enhanced Spears was feeling especially shy, using her fingers to awkwardly cover her lips.
Her new plump pucker didn't stop Brit Brit from chatting with the paparazzi and answering their questions. Her kids are going to dress up as pumpkins for Halloween.

In today's troubled pop tart file, the official artwork for the weaved-one's forthcoming "comeback" album, Blackout, has been revealed, and Spears' record label, Zomba, has slapped Perez Hilton with a lawsuit for illegally posting leaked tracks from the disc.
On the cover of Blackout, a Photoshopped-to-the-hilt Spears is seen sporting a white fedora with a cascading brunette wig draped over her shoulder. Shockingly, the notorious cooch-flasher is relatively covered up, skipping her striperella wear for a sparkly, pink tank top. The tracklisting has also been revealed, and songs on the disc include first single "Gimme More," as well as such sure-to-be-classics as "Get Naked (I Got A Plan)," "Ooh Ooh Baby," "Perfect Lover" and "Freak Show."
It's not the first time Perez has had trouble with the law: on Oct. 10, Perez was brought to court to appear on a $20 million defamation case stemming from posts he made claiming DJ Samantha Roson was responsible for the cocaine in Lindsay Lohan's DUI case. He's also raised the ire of several photo agencies for allegedly stealing their photos and has been served with numerous cease-and-desist letters. Paparazzi agency X17 also slapped him with a $7.5 million suit for copyright infringement last year.
