In addition to trying to ensure that he is in control of Dannielynn's finances, Howard K. Stern has also just filed papers in court demanding more money.
Yup, if the estate of Anna Nicole Smith ever cashes in on their lawsuits against the Playmate's late husband, Howard Marshall, Stern is asking for "6% of the Estate's net recovery."
That 6% could end up being millions and millions of dollars!

That is actually significantly less than most attorneys charge for that type of representation not to mention that he has spent years fighting this for her and now her estate. Most attorneys actually charge up to 30% for this type of suit.

Perez, this is ABSOLUTELY nothing new. Howard stated on the record in court with that weepy judge over the summer, that his fee for the whole J. Howard Marshall estate battle with Marshall, Jr. that his fee was 6%. This is actually a discounted rate, as most other lawyers would have charged upwards of 25%. This is just a re-filing of his fee rate and is standard procedure since the estate would now inherit the money instead of Anna. Duh! Old news.

You know that Howard had an agreement worked out with her that he would get the 6% once the law suit came in. Lord knows, that man served his time with her, acting as social worker/enabler/lawyer/father figure to Daniel. I have a feeling that Howard was quite relieved when she died because Anna was probably a huge pain in the ass for him. However, if they had an agreement, they had an agreeement she would pay him for services rendered.

As the estate's attorney and executor, Howard is simply asking to get paid for the work he did for Anna and continues to do for her estate in seeking the money she believed Marshall intended for her to have. 6% is actually an extremely reasonable contingency fee for this kind of work.

The owner was trying to evict them because he hadn't been paid. He took items including the video after Anna died. The guy was furious because his daughter was there at the time. Howard was exploiting Anna which is obvious in the video. It shows just how much he loved her!

I like the guy and I feel sorry for him. I think his only crime was playing the role of Anna's enabler, and yes, that meant getting her drugs, booze, or anything else she wanted. But I also think that he was head over heals in love with Anna, was exceedingly loyal to her, dedicated most of his adult life to her, and will probably dedicate the rest of his life to her memory, with or without pay.
