Together Again

Leonardo DiCrapio and Martin Scorsese are teaming up for another film together.

And it promises to be a snoozefest!

The pair are set to shoot Shutter Island, and adaptation of the Dennis Lehane novel.

The film is a period piece, set in 1954, with DiCaprio to play U.S. Marshal Teddy Daniels, who is investigating the disappearance of a murderess who escaped from a hospital for the criminally insane and is presumed to be hiding on the remote Shutter Island.

We'll skip it.

I have to disagree, Perezalito. I read all the time, and Dennis Lehane's books are some of the best contemporary fiction I've ever read. What about Mystic River? Everyone loved that! Nope, I'll be at the theater opening weekend for this one…

This book was great! While Leo's part may be a bit boring, the role of the "murderess" is very intense and reminds me of Angelina Jolie in Girl, Interrupted. Let's hope the draw of Scorcese and DiCaprio can bring Angelina to this movie!
