Sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that Heidi's job at the event production company is purely for show.
"She doesn't really work there when the cameras are off," one insider tells us.
Additionally, sources also tell us that Spencer and Heidi wanted to get married on the show this season but L.C. nixed that idea, threatening to not come back for another season.
You know how they can trump that? Heidi needs to get pregnant.

Unfortunately your source is mistaken. I have hired Bolthouse crews/producers for several events and Heidi is often who I deal with. She is oddly professional and different than she appears on TV…though she did mistakenly deny an invited guest access to an event once.
She is also under strict rule not to walk the red carpet at any celeb-related events while she is working, and has, believe it or not, refused to pose on several occasions.
The show is mostly taken out of context more or less, and often things that happen off camera are made to happen again on camera. But not ALL of it is fake.
okay i know for a fact heidi does work for bolthouse. my friend is elodie's cousin and knew about everything before we saw it on tv. she really works there and is really that big of a bitch.

Ok enough is enough. I work for this company and was initially shocked that Heidi does NOT work for Bolthouse. THIS IS THE TRUTH. In fact, I sometimes see when they are filming and ALL of the Bolthouse employees are under strict contract not to talk about it. However, I am not. Heidi is a fake dumb ho who embarrasses our company. Nobody likes her and SHE DOES NOT WORK THERE. I know nothing about Lauren. THIS IS A FACT. PS I made fun of Spencer the loser to his face!!! hahahahaha
Oh and #205 KATE YOU ARE HILARIOUSLY MISTAKEN. I know because I work there every single day. Heidi used to work there, during Season 1, but no longer does. If you really did work with her at any point, it had to have been for a short period of a few months and during season 1. So YOU have outdated info, and thus YOU ARE IN FACT A SOURCE OF COMPLETE MISINFORMATION. This is fact people, I work there.

Lauren doesn't go to FIDM anymore, she did during the first season but isn't enrolled because her schedule is "too busy." Heidi and Lauren both had the jobs/internships (that MTV got for them) in Season 1 too and Lauren was still doing the Teen Vogue thing during Season 2, but neither do now. The show has ALWAYS been fake but its more scripted now than its ever been.

Some things on the show are real and others are set up. MTV was allowed to film at Bolthouse and Heidi was given a spare office, and in exchange Brent Bolthouse receives a ton of publicity for his company. As far as I know, Laured and Whitney both work at Teen Vogue. I heard that Audrina's job at Epic Records is a set-up, but I'm not sure about it—–
