From The Hills To Jail!
Jason Wahler is serving time!
Lauren Conrad's one-time flame and Hills regular is incarcerated in Seattle, stemming from an arrest there in April on charges of assault, criminal trespass and underage drinking.
Wahler's rep released the following statement:
"Jason is taking full responsibility for his previous actions. He has been through rehabilitation, done community service and has been attending AA meetings. He would like to be an example to young people to make them realize that there are consequences for bad behavior. He is making amends and looks forward to continuing success in his career."
The length of Jason's stay in jail is unknown at this time, but those close to him are "hoping" it's just a few days.
"The judge in Seattle just wanted to make an example out of someone from Hollywood," an insider tells PerezHilton.com.

Jason is paying the price for his mistakes. —- He spent 60 days in a no frills rehab facility and continues with the aftercare, he's done over 100 hours of community service so far, he's speaking at High Schools to try and help other young people, he's done over 36 hours of anger management and most of his income has gone to legal expenses. — Give him a break! — He's trying!!

anyone can change if they try hard enough and really want to. im living proof of that. it is a hard road but it can be done. you say what career does he have? well maybe after straighting out he will build on what he is good at. i dont understand why you have to talk shit about this kid. alcohol abuse and drug addiction is a disease and just because he was on a few reality shows does not mean its ok to talk shit about him. seeing things like this if he unfortunatlly looks at them are probably upsetting….bottom line he is just like anyone else with a disease/problem and he deserves support not all this trash talk Re: Robin –
Listen alcoholism and drug addiction is a disease. Hopefully when he gets out of jail he will get the correct substance abuse treatment he needs. People can change because I am living proof of that. As far as his career goes….its pretty hard to do anything but get high when your an addict. So maybe when he straightens up he will have some talent to show the world. The judges in Seattle are awful - they make examples out of everyone - not just Hollywood stars. My bf has been dealing with this shit for a while over some unpaid traffic tickets - stupid.
