The reformed bad girl is trying to give up smoking. She was seen holding some Ariva early Friday evening. Similar to Nicorette Gum, Ariva is a nicotine pill that aids in quitting smoking. Kudos.
Be healthier, girl. Do it.
Earlier in the day, LL was in Britney's fave Millennium Dance Studio in North Hollywood, practicing for her new movie.
And, at night, instead of a wild night of pAArtying, Lohan opted for a quiet evening out in Glendale to watch a movie.

Besides the fact that this is an obvious publicity stunt, that many have already pointed out quite eloquently, no one who is actually truly struggling to end not one but two REAL addictions, alcohol and coke, would try at the same time to quite the third killer…cigs…if she was really trying to quit the other two, these would be essential to her right now while trying to alleviate stress…so either she is (A) not really trying to stop drugging/boozing…or (B) she is going to end up cracking hard in about 2.3 days….she'll be smoking, snorting, drinking…and shooting up…within no time. Yes, smoking sucks. She should try to quit…but after she is a year or two away from the sauce/powder problem. Whatever, it is ALL publicity. She wants you to think she quit coke, that is why she went to rehab (because after her trouble with the law….did she have a choice, other than jail—anyone else would be in jail right now. She wants you to think she is quitting nicotine, that is why she walks around with gum that she only needs a few times a day…..it should be in her purse. But really, it is all publicity. That is her biggest addiction.

Yay Lindsay!!!! I am so proud of her efforts to clean up and hope she will make it through. Out of all of the "bad girls" of Hollywood, I'm rooting for Lindsay. She is the only one with true talents (acting and singing) and if she had a better support system, she would not have gone through such hard times.
