We tend to prefer females and solo artists, so for us to be all about a male-fronted band….they have to be pretty special.
And Locksley are. They're amazing!
Though they may sound like they're from the U.K., this band is from Brooklyn (by way of Wisconsin). But their Beatles influence is undeniable.
Think of them like a new and better version of The Strokes.
Locksley are taking garage to a whole new level!
Their songs are super high energy, incredibly fun and totally infectious.
And none of them are longer than two minutes and forty seconds!
Our favorite song of theirs, She Does, doesn't even clock in at two minutes!
They've released their album themselves, without a record deal. Fuck the major labels! They are irrelevant nowadays.

I saw them open for Hanson a bunch of times, and you're right…they dont have the credit they deserve. They're one of the best bands out right now, and the nicest, too.

I Love Locksley! MTV uses one of their songs on parental control or something…maybe that means there's hope for them

I Love Locksley!! I saw them at a free concert for Teen Vogue Fashion U and they were amazing, and really nice people and a really great band to see live. I hope they get signed and continue making great music.
