Everybody should wear a tiara on their birthday!

Kelly Osbourne looked lovely as she celebrated her 23rd in London on Saturday night. But, we're a bit bummed.

We had heard that she was going to have a biblical-themed party. That obviously didn't pan out.

Kelly O would make a great Jesus, don't you think so????
