I admire what Angelina has been trying to do in her life with charities and adoption of underprivileged children; but am alarmed at her atrophied and emaciated upper arms. I'm hoping she'll find time to hit the gym to increase her muscle mass. It would also help to rectify the post-pregnancy weight redistribution that we all experience. The only thing that helps the post-pooch is resistance and cardio, and muscle confusion with interval training. If she starved enough to lose the thickening middle she'd be dead. I lost my mom and 5 to 7 lbs. too, but better to lose yourself in a rush of workout endorphins occasionally, which helps the mood, appetite, boosts physical vigor, and helps you sleep well. If she is pregnant, light workouts in view of her obvious muscle mass & frame wouldn't hurt either unless otherwise instructed by a physician. To take a little time out daily to keep yourself heathy gives children a good example and a better mother, longer. Grief is best dealt with long term by putting one foot in front of the other. She obviously does that, but needs to give herself a little charity first, and those around her should see that she does or is able to.

This woman called Angelina Jolie is causing so much damage. She is not white, but everyone is tricked into thinking she is because she wears white face make-up on her face and neck, and gets a lot of surgery. I am always hearing about her in the tabloids and news, and I think she is using a fake media image to accumulate massive wealth and attention. To clarify, being white means having translucent, very fair, porcelain skin. Like British people, northern Europeans. That skin is so fair, it is almost white in appearance. I am not counting people if they just have mixed heritage. Isn't Jon Voigt Dutch or something? Being Dutch or French may give you lighter skin, but not always light enough to be "white", if you know what I mean. And Angelina definitely does not have white skin, but fakes it for the media.
