      A lot of shows' writers have written enough scripts in advance to allow productions to shoot well into December or January. The only way shows will be affected is if they need to re-write any scenes (because they won't have any writers to do it) or if members of other unions decide not to cross picket lines (other unions have a 'no strike' clause, so if they don't show up to work, they will be replaced unless they're the main actor on a show). Just FYI

      Good maybe while on strike the writers of Grays Anatomy and Heroes will get a clue and realize people are over their shows and the outrageous story lines. They will quit blaming everyone but their bad writing.

      First Bitches!!!! The shows you watch are all pretaped. They film them weeks in advance. By the time we get through what they have already filled, the strike will be over. Duh! None of that stuff is taped live.
