Lindsay Lohan's former best friend, Samantha Ronson, filed a bullshit defamation lawsuit against Perez and this little ol' website.

The DJ's suit had no merit and a Los Angeles judge agreed with us on Thursday.

Not only did Ronson lose her case, BUT she also has to pay all of our attorney fees!

We did not back down from her intimidation tactics. We did not settle it. We fought this and won.

Don't fuck with Perez, bitches!

That Jive lawsuit is bullshit. The label is actually afraid of the reach and influence Perez has. They are just trying to give him a spanking because he tried to get a "Britney Boycott" going. It has nothing to do with leaked songs and more to do with fear. Fear of losing $$$$.

The label probably leaked those songs to check the pulse of the marketplace. They came from somewhere on the inside. Jive needs to chill. They have worse problems with an absent pop star avoiding the promotion of her new release.
