Looking at her eyes, I'm not too sure she was stoned. Her movements were tentative and jerky, but not stumbling-drunk-like. I hope she was just trying to be what and Dylan and others have tried to be, mumbling the lyrics for an I-don't-give-a-crap affect. Maybe, just maybe, she was trying to be artistically nonchalant for some cool vibe that didn't make it. It's not like nobody has done it before.
