Malin, partner in LA bar and restaurant company the Dolce group, was arrested for reportedly assaulting a waitress.

Apparently, things got heated when Boogie, a Red Sox fan, was wearing his Boston jersey in Colorado, whose Rockies lost the World Series in a sweep.
