Christina (Finally) Confirms Her Pregnancy

Yes, she is. And Christina Aguilera is finally ready to share her happy baby news with the world.
The mom-to-be tells the new issue of Glamour magazine that she is going to "enter into mommyhood" at the start of next year.
She's a bit anxious about the upcoming arrival, her first.
"I want to get it right," she shares.
Aguilera said she wanted to be a working mother, so she could "balance" the needs of her child with her career.
Christina's husband, Jordan, is "thrilled" about their upcoming arrival, she says.
"He's just great. He's so supportive and amazing through everything. He came with me on the last leg of the tour and he was my support system… I gush. I'm a lucky girl."

We can only hope that she enjoys being a mother and that this boy doesn't dump her and leave her with two screaming kids and a music career on the edge. Britney pulled it together, but it was only after giving those kids to Kevin and focusing on her singing. Christina has a nice voice, but I could not name one of her songs.
She should balance her career with the needs of her child and not the other way around… Babies come first!

Why do you think there is a rise in attention deficit disorder? Hint: It's very title tells the tale. With both parents working the child is indeed lacking attention but it is from their parents. Why are kids so fat today? Both parents are working and feed the kids crap after picking them up from child care. Why is there more total disrepect for adults today? The parents are not around so kids turn to their peers for their mores and values. Don't fool yourself Christina and all future and current working moms, your kids need you more then they need your salary. The exception is the single parent that has to work. My mother was a single parent of five but never dated so we didn't have "uncles" in and out of our life. I adore her for putting us before herself, as an adult should.

Numerous studies have showed that hair colour does no damage to a developing fetus. I died my hair numerous times with both pregnancies. My son is fine, and as will my daughter (due next month). Do research before you talk about something.

She did it the CORRECT way - she had a nice, normal wedding a couple years ago, did not get knocked up right away and has been low-key about her pregnancy, unlike another much less talented pop singer who got married in a tacky, highly-publicized affair, punched out 2 kids in as many years AND got divorced all within the same timespan. I wish Christina and Jordan the best. Maybe Britney could have learned from her old Mousketeer rival but I think it's too late.
