Blocking a motor vehicle, harassing a shopping person, and to the point where it requires mucnicipal resources to allow this person to move around, at what point does anyone say enough. There should be a law in CA making it illegal for them to be within 10 ft of a motor vehicle and within 5 ft of anyone.

Actually, they follow her around, I think they call themselves "Team Britney" or something. Basically, it's about 30 - 40 photographers who wait outside her house, follow her to where she's going and then follow her back home and wait. Yeah, apparently that's not illegal.

They block the doorways of shops so she can't get out without them having a picture, they circle her car so she can't get to it, they block her car in so she can't drive away, they stand in front of her car hoping she's accidently hit them, they shout offensive things to try and get her to react…and argue with members of the public, as you can see.

You should see it, it's really scary to witness. Lorna Luft lives right next door to Britney and she says it's a circus. So she has two choices…never go out, ever…or learn how to deal with it. I expect the laughter is her way of dealing with it.
