Postpartum depression can trigger different behavior- sometimes wait-loss ensues.    This is the only photo where I've seen her look TOO thin - all others seem fine which makes me question the validity of the photo. Before I even knew who I was looking at I thought it looked PhotoShopped. (I mean come on, whoever knows how to use that program knows that the Liquifier tool is a girl's best friend!)     Well, if she doesn't have a bonafide health problem, she needs to realize that she may be incurring irreperable damage to her body. You have a little leeway to mess around like this when you're young and resilient, but as you get older some damage does not reverse. If she does have a real illness, forgive and disregard. If she gets any thinner, she'll need to be hospitalized, and it will all come out anyway, in some form of spin.
