The shape of your nose is constantly changing anyway, so it's no surprise that hers might have altered a bit in the long time she has been in the public eye. She could have made her lips look bigger by using a special type of plump lip-stick. And good make-up can usually hide age pretty well… Besides, not all people who are 40 have wrinkles anyway.
I'm not saying that she HASN'T had plastic surgery or botox- but there are other avenues she may have used to look so good. Besides- where's the proof that she's had any surgery done?

Nothing surgical, I don't think BUT the following things aren't exactly natural: IPL (laser) facial treatments to even out freckles, "fillers" for wrinkles and lip plumping, Botox for the forehead (well, botox is sorta natural, it occurs in a deadly form in nature lol), lots of hair dye (but maybe it was organic), and I'm sure if we saw earlier and later pics of her body there would be "medspa" type treatments there, too.
Kidman sure knows how to kid..I heard she's botox-obsessed.
