Kevin Federline is claiming that Britney Spears is violating the court's drug testing order by not making herself available in a timely fashion when she is called for random tests.
K-Fed's lawyer is expected to ask L.A. County Commissioner Scott Gordon on Thursday to modify the existing custody order. Team Federline is seeking to limit Britney's visitation rights even more.
It's going to be a bitter battle for the babies!
Neither Unfitney nor Federline will be present. And, even if she were required to be present, Britney would probably miss it!

I support Kevin and his lawyer for staying on top of what the court ordered Brittney to do. If she's delaying her random drug tests, the court needs to know and to take action against her. The drug tests were ordered in order to determine if Brit is a responsible parent and to determine if the children should be left in her company. If she's avoiding the tests, why? The court should know about this.

It's not really much of a battle when one of the sides just doesn't really care about the outcome. It is true, she probably wouldn't have shown up for her court date. She seems to have lost all interest in trying to win the custody rights with her children. Personally, I think the Britney's parents should be awarded custody of these kids. That is probably the most stable environment that the kids are going to get at this point. I think that if Britney really commits herself to cleaning up her act by enrolling in a rehab program and seeking serious psychological help, then she could possibly become a good parent and provide her kids with a loving, stable environment that they need.

So many experts posting! After my first pregnancy I started having cystic acne and it continued for several years. I didn't even know what meth was, let alone use it, or any other drugs or alcohol, but I had zits, big time. That's what these areas on Spears' face look like to me. When K-Fed was still married to Brit and shortly after, Brit had nannies and such to help with the kids. He probably felt that the kids were safe. Since their separation, Brit has slowly, but surely, cut people off and limited the help she so desperately needs. Since the separation, Brit has fallen deeper and deeper into her mental illness and possibly drugs. I'm sure K-Fed had no chocie but to save those children.
