She gets her hair braided REALLY tight on the sides of her head to pull back and smooth out any loose skin/wrinkles. Her hair on top covers over the braids- Voila! Instantly younger. Saw it on some show on anti-aging- she gets it done at some salon.

Her hands are not wrinkly, they're veiny and that's because of her exercise regimen. I've seen Madonna close-up and and she actually has some natural wrinkles around the eyes and some laugh lines but she has flawless skin that just glows even with just very little make-up. She actually looks better in person than in pictures.

Well… I suppose there is a chance that she's had some work done, but then again who knows? You just showed a picture of Sharon Stone on here and she looked absolutely GEORGEOUS, and I don't think she's had any (recent) work done either. Some people just take really good care of themselves, and don't sit around in the sun or in a tanning booth 24-7 making their skin all leathery when they get older. Madonna has been working out like a fiend for years now- she looks better (and is in WAY better shape) than half the women her age! Of course she could have a smooth forehead without using botox or having any cosmetic procedures. She takes very good care of herself and lives a very healthy lifestyle. I'm 47 and do not have one line or wrinkle anywhere on my face and my skin is very soft and smooth BUT it is not as firm as it use to be which makes me look my age. I would love to try the Thermage laser for tightening the skin.!
