She has admitted in an Interview I heard a while back that she is obsessed about looking younger. She exercises almost to obsession to stay younger looking. Frankly, I think it has aged her more. Being strong and healthy is one thing, but the excessive exercise can actually take a toll on the body and not be a healthy thing. Moderation is the key, not obsession. I think she is exactly the type to try Botox if other things aren't working.

The only procedure for wrinkly hands at the moment is fat transfer where they remove fat from parts of the back of the hand that has accumulated in the wrong places & inject back in to smooth out the wrinklse,,,i watched this procedure being done on an old hag & saw absolutely no difference when it was over! the old hag was happy though (she was probably 1/2 blind),,,this is why madonna has hag hands because nothing can be done
