Amy Winehouse's London apartment was raided by police on Thursday.
The cops brought camera and video equipment and were swarming in and out of the house.
Neither Amy nor her husband, Blake, were there at the time of the raid.
Now, sources reveal exclusively to PerezHilton.com that it wasn't one particular incident yesterday or this week that set off the police.
"The raid on Thursday was part of an ongoing investigation," a source tells us.

Re: Everybody in america – Remember the US is allowing illegal immgrants and some even want to give them Drivers licenses. Not Allowing a tax paying, money making entertainer, foreignor and allie to the US in who is applying for legal entry is just ever so slightly flawed. Discrimnating against persons/immigrants/foreign allies with handicapps would also be unappealing/disappointing when permitting illegal immigration.
