So she doesn't know exactly how to pose to show off her best angles, she's natural enough NOT to look like a 40-year old ex stripper/tranny like most of the crop of young celebs her age. But I don't think there's anything plastic surgery could do -it's not like her features are messed up - it's that her head is too large for the features, which are small and in the middle! There's no way plastic surgery could make her jawline and forehead smaller. It's a lost cause. She should just work on her body. Also: who is her hair stylist?! She should have long hair to cover up as much of her head as possible!
