I think I tried this dress on once in a shop ( Or it was the exact low cost copy of it) And as far as I remember it´s actually the fabric, there is a withe layer under the black one. (You can see it at the waist, actually) Also, this is the reason why I didn´t buy it. Unless you have a sammal A cup, it´s very unflattering. This said, it´s actually a very cute dress, but it doesn´t fit women with large breasts well.
